Knowledge. Commitment. Community.

Ashley Polischuik, B.Comm CCIM — Commercial Real Estate Broker

I have always believed that commercial real estate is about much more than property. It’s about people, businesses, opportunity, and the decisions that shape our communities.

With more than 17 years of experience in real estate, including over a decade specializing in commercial, industrial, investment, and development properties, I’ve built my career around helping clients navigate decisions that can have a significant impact on their businesses and financial futures.

How I work

Education, research and practical problem-solving.

My approach is built on a combination of education, experience, market research, and practical problem-solving. I enjoy understanding how businesses operate, evaluating the numbers behind an investment, and uncovering opportunities that may not be immediately obvious.

“
Good representation means being willing to have difficult conversations, ask important questions, and provide straightforward advice—even when that advice isn't necessarily what someone was hoping to hear.

Education & professional expertise

Honours B.Comm & the CCIM designation

I hold an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Housing and Real Estate Management from the University of Guelph and the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

The CCIM designation reflects advanced education in commercial real estate financial analysis, market analysis, investment strategy, and negotiation. My continuing professional development has also included specialized education in business transactions, investment considerations, and evolving industry practices.

Leadership & community involvement

Where planning, policy and investment intersect

Community involvement has been an important part of my professional and personal life. Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to real estate industry committees, housing affordability initiatives, municipal advisory work, and community organizations.

These experiences have strengthened my understanding of how municipal planning, housing policy, economic development, and commercial investment intersect. I believe that being actively engaged in the communities where I work helps me become a better advisor to the people and businesses I represent.

Professional recognition

Recognition that matters most: client trust.

I have been fortunate to receive recognition throughout my career for both professional performance and community involvement, including real estate sales awards and honours recognizing volunteer service and community contributions.

While these acknowledgements are meaningful, I place the greatest value on the relationships I’ve developed and the trust that clients place in me.

Beyond real estate

Discipline, perseverance, preparation.

Outside of work, I value time with family, staying active, continuing to learn, and being involved in the community.

My background in competitive powerlifting taught me a great deal about discipline, perseverance, preparation, and working toward long-term goals—qualities that continue to influence my approach to business.

My approach

There is no one-size-fits-all solution in commercial real estate.

Every assignment deserves careful consideration, honest communication, and a strategy that reflects the client’s individual goals. Whether you’re entering the commercial market for the first time or managing an established portfolio, my commitment is to provide thoughtful, informed representation and help you make decisions with confidence.

I look forward to learning more about your goals.
